Textures of the Sea

What you will learn:

• How to make the Funky Batter Signature Buttercream
• Choosing a color palette
• Color mixing
• How to create a wavy texture with buttercream
• How to create a sea sponge/coral/clouds texture in buttercream
• How to make a hammered gold chocolate sail
• How to make rice paper sails

Class Duration and Format:

The class duration will be 2 hours. The LIVE demonstration will be through an online Zoom Webinar. After you’ve registered, you will receive a zoom link as well as a recipe card and the requirements for the class so you can follow along during the demonstration. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the session. Join LIVE or watch the recording later if you are unable to make it.

Who is the course suitable for ?

This course is suited to anyone with basic baking and cake decorating skills. ( combine this with my Cake Canvas Perfection course if you’re a beginner)
