Important: Making minor modifications, substitutions, or ingredient adjustments does not grant the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or teach any portion of this proprietary system or course materials, or to present the method as your own. The structure, sequencing, and presentation of this material remain protected.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in our digital products and related materials remain with Funky Batter Inc. This includes (without limitation) recipes, written instructions, videos, downloads, course materials, trademarks, logos, branding, and other content. Funky Batter Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

By purchasing and using our digital products, you agree that:

• We do not guarantee any specific results from using our products.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to business losses, revenue loss, or loss of data.
• Your use of these digital products is at your own risk.

5. User Accounts & Purchases

When you make a purchase on Funky Batter, an account may be automatically created for you using the email address provided at checkout. This account allows you to access your orders, manage your downloads, and view your purchase history.
