Prohibited Use: You may not, without prior written permission from Funky Batter Inc.:

• Share, forward, upload, distribute, or provide the files (or any portion of them) to others.
• Resell, sublicense, bundle, or commercially distribute the content.
• Publish the recipes, written instructions, workflow, templates, or training content (online or offline).
• Teach, demonstrate, record, or present the material in a way that allows others to recreate the recipe/system (including classes, workshops, memberships, paid groups, ebooks, PDFs, or social media tutorials that walk through the method)

Important: Making minor modifications, substitutions, or ingredient adjustments does not grant the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or teach any portion of this proprietary system or course materials, or to present the method as your own. The structure, sequencing, and presentation of this material remain protected.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in our digital products and related materials remain with Funky Batter Inc. This includes (without limitation) recipes, written instructions, videos, downloads, course materials, trademarks, logos, branding, and other content. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading our content.

Trademarks: FunkyBatter® is a registered trademark of Funky Batter Inc. FunkyBattercream™ and associated logos are trademarks of Funky Batter Inc. You may not use our trademarks in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or ownership, or in any manner likely to cause confusion.

4. Limitations of Liability

Funky Batter Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

By purchasing and using our digital products, you agree that:

• We do not guarantee any specific results from using our products.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to business losses, revenue loss, or loss of data.
• Your use of these digital products is at your own risk.

4A. No Warranties

All digital products, recipes, courses, downloads, videos, educational materials, calculators, templates, and supporting content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Baking and decorating results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, ingredients, ingredient brands, climate, humidity, altitude, equipment, ovens, mixers, substitutions, local product availability, technique, and user experience.

Funky Batter Inc. does not guarantee that all users will achieve identical results.

4C. Food Allergy and Ingredient Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and determining whether recipes are suitable for their dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or food sensitivities.

Funky Batter Inc. is not responsible for allergic reactions, ingredient substitutions, dietary outcomes, or adverse effects resulting from the use of any recipe, ingredient, or technique.

5. User Accounts & Purchases

When you make a purchase on Funky Batter, an account may be automatically created for you using the email address provided at checkout. This account allows you to access your orders, manage your downloads, and view your purchase history.

• By completing a purchase, you agree that an account will be created on Funky Batter.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• If you wish to delete your account, you may contact us at info@funkybatter.com to request account removal.
